Surf Lessons (Any time of day by appointment):  Learn to surf in the pristine waves of Rincon, Puerto Rico! Let our experienced, local, and professional surf coaches from RD2H Surf School teach you how to properly and safely learn to paddle and catch waves on your own. RD2H guarantees that you will learn the skills and gain the confidence you need to begin to take your surfing to a higher level. If it’s your first time paddling out you can feel confident knowing all of our instructors are USLA and CPR/First Aid certified with years of experience and intimate knowledge about the ocean currents and the reefs around Rincon. If you are more intermediate or advanced in your surfing, look to our skilled, professional instructors to help take your surfing to the next level with a focus on technique, training, and timing.  A lesson lasts 2 hours, with boards available to rent to continue to practice for the day. Paddle Board Lesson (Any time by appointment):  Rd2H is partnering with Paddle Diva out of East Hampton to ensure the best Paddle experience in Rincon.  The Marina provides perfect calm protected conditions for beginners, Paddle Board rentals are available at all of our stands.  The lesson will begin with a little bit of on land instruction, then move to the water to get you standing. Throughout the lesson we will focus on proper paddle techniques, and form.  (Discounts available for large groups)  

SUP Yoga (By Private lesson): is a fun way to take your practice off of the land and onto the water. Each SUP Yoga session is 90-minutes long and will begin with a short, beach session covering basic paddleboard techniques as well as ocean safety. Once on the water, students will “anchor in” and be led through a fun and relaxing Vinyasa Flow class offering modifications to suit practitioners of all levels of experience.
